When Mr. B casually asked me the other night, "Are you still blogging?", I felt a twinge of guilt as I realized I've pretty much stopped. Life gets crazy when you have a toddler and a new home and a baby on the way but I'm no different than the gazillion other women out there keeping up on their blogs and besides, it's is a great outlet and something I want to do. So, this morning, I decided to stop stalling and blog, even if it's just a quick recipe.
- 1 Sleeve Graham Crackers
- 1 Stick Melted Butter
- 3/4 C Chocolate Chips (plus more for topping)
- 1 Jar (approx. 1 cup) Dulce de Leche
- 1 Pkg Cheesecake Flavored Pudding
- 1 3/4 C Milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Crush graham crackers into pie plate then pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle on chocolate chips
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust begins to brown and chips start melting
- As crust is cooling, spoon the dulce de leche over the top, the heat will help it spread
- While crust is cooling, mix pudding and milk together
- After crust has cooled, top with pudding
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (or if you can't possibly wait an hour, freeze for 15 minutes)
XOXO,
Mrs. B
